Inspirations?
For us music in itself is the biggest inspiration.

What are your hopes for the near future?
Well we hope to be among one of the famous bands of Pakistan soon Insha Allah as we are working
quite hard for it and we have faith in Allah that we will succeed.
How long have you all known each other? How did you meet?
We’ve all known each other since 3 to 4 years. This band was actually from Lahore and it shifted to
Islamabad when Amsal shifted. After shifting he started looking for new members for the band and this
is how we met.
If you guys were to describe yourself in simple word choice. What would you say?
It is actually kinda hard to describe us just in one word but you can say that music is the one and only
word that describes us best.
Who are your idols and why?
We have never made any particular idols as such because we believe that whoever is doing music out
there and are successful today are our idols.
Do you guys have any other hobbies besides, obviously, making music?
Besides music we are into sports [cricket, basketball & Football], hanging out with friends, long drives,
partying and all of the usual normal stuff that guys do. . .
What's your most embarrassing experience?
By the Grace of Allah we have not yet experienced any embarrassing situation rather than some
technical sound problems during the live performances.
Which famous musicians do you admire? Why?
As said above we admire all those musicians for the music they are doing so we can’t just name some of
them.
You guys recently released a song tell us a bit about it. Did it got the appreciation you guys were
expecting?
Yea, we just recently released our first audio/video song by the name “Koi Janay Naa”. Well Amsal came
up with the song and the story behind this song was that once he was sitting and writing some of the
usual writing stuff that he do and he came up with the first two lines of the song that are “Koi Janay Naa,
Dil Ka Dard Mera” thinking that every person holds a sad part in his/her life and that sadness could be
regarding anything not just love. But then he thought of making it a love song as nothing attracts the
listeners more than love because they find their story in the song. We got appreciated a lot after the songs release more than our expectations and most of all our song got liked by every age group and this was the thing that we weren’t hoping at all. We won’t say that we haven’t been degraded but we just see the bright side and move forward.

How do you handle mistakes during a performance?
Well, handling mistakes during a performance is a musician’s job and he should always be ready for it.
Therefore we as a band always have each other’s back and if anyone makes a mistake then the other
tries to hide it from the public.
How often and for how long do you guys practice/jam?
Mostly we jam on the weekends because of our studies but whenever we get time we just jam.
Where have you performed? What are your favorite and least favorite venues? Do you have any
upcoming shows?
We have peformed almost everywhere in Islamabad and all of them are our favorite venues as they
have once in a life given us a chance to perform. Well you can say that we don’t like performing in cafes.
Yes we have some upcoming shows lined up by the end of this month and the next.
Which songs do you perform most frequently? Do you ever play any covers? Do you have a set play
list?
We mostly perform songs that we like and it keeps changing with the passage of time. We do songs
according to the venue where we are performing and we change it according to the public demand.
Who writes your songs? What are the main themes or topics for most of your songs? Do you think
these topics will change over time?
Amsal writes and compose songs for the band. Well you will find different kind of themes in our songs
as we don’t stick to just one thing but mostly love or hate will be the most hot topic in our songs. Well,
probably these topics won’t change with the passage of time as these are the most common things that
every person of every generation would have or will encounter.
How has your music evolved since you first began playing music together?
We have quite progressed since we first started playing together, cause as they say that practice makes
a man perfect.
What advice do you have for people who want to form their own bands?
Yea work hard, be honest in what you do, be sincere with yourself and your band mates and most
importantly improvise.
Any last words?

Thoughts on lespectra?
It is a very nice site that is acting like a bridge between the musicians and the public so that they can
know more about the upcoming musicians of their country… Keep rocking \m/
